Our scholar in residence Rabbi Yossi Michalowicz, founder and Rabbi of The Routes Jewish Centre and Westmount Community Shul, is a truly exceptional Rabbi and teacher. He is a charismatic and powerful speaker while being down to earth and easy to talk to. Daily learning and Daf Yomi shiurim will be available in addition to exciting classes from a myriad of different lecturers. Our program will unquestionably be held to the highest kashrus and halachik standards.

Rabbi Benjamin Hecht is the Founding Director of NISHMA, is recognized throughout North America and Israel for his study, insights and perspectives in the fields of Torah law and ethics. He serves as the editor of NISHMA's various publications and writes prolifically on Jewish thought and its interaction with the world political scene and the human condition.

His work has been published internationally, including in The Toronto Globe and Mail, The Jewish Press and The Canadian Jewish News, and the Rabbi has a regular monthly column in the Jewish Tribune.
