The Queen’s Landing and Tiara Dining Room are world renowned for their elegance and prestige. Culinary Master and Executive Chef James Olberg is the driving force behind the Queen’s Landing’s 15 straight years of Four Diamond Dining excellence. He fashions dishes steeped in the traditions of France and England, and strikingly original in their execution. Of course he loves traditional Jewish dishes as well, and is excited to be a part of an “Upscale Pesach”. Chef Olberg’s philosophy: "Don't overdo food.
